The onchain city register · Season 1

Build the city. Bank the season.

Portico is an idle city builder that runs on a ledger. You register lots, collect what they earn, and raise them into landmarks. Every lot is a stream into a real tokenized asset on Solana. Build the foundry, earn NVDA. Build the vault, earn T-bills. The city is the portfolio.

Build a city

Twelve lots, twelve real tokenized assets. Each one pays out on a timer whether you are at the desk or not.

II

Bank and withdraw

Bank every ten minutes and each lot credits its own asset, split by what it produced. The real token withdraws to your own wallet once the treasury is funded.

III

Claim your share

When the season closes, the token launches and 10% of supply is split by points. Hold 2% of the points, receive 2% of the drop.

01

Your skyline is the progress bar

A building does not just get a bigger number. It is physically rebuilt, the same lot, three times over, as your account grows into it.

Four moves, every session

01

Claim a lot

Empty lots carry a dashed outline. Open one, register it, and it starts producing immediately. Bigger tickers unlock as your account levels up.

02

Collect the yield

Revenue stacks on every building. Tap them one by one to chain a combo multiplier, or sweep the whole district in a single move.

03

Upgrade relentlessly

Every level raises the payout and shortens the cycle. Cost scales, income scales harder, the classic tycoon curve, tuned for a long grind.

04

Reach landmark

Level 10 turns a building into a complex. Level 20 makes it a landmark. New architecture, and an earning weight multiplied by three, then eight.

03

Season terms

Real assets, no oracle.

You do not earn dollars that get converted later. You earn fractions of the asset itself, at a fixed published rate, so no price ever enters the system. Nothing to manipulate, nothing to arbitrage between the ledger and the payout.

On top of that, 10% of the token supply goes out at the close, pro rata to banked points. The assets are what you earn for playing. The token is what you get for having been here.

A token that trades while people farm it is all sell pressure, so emission waits for the market. The ledger's fingerprint is published on Solana every week, which makes standings impossible to rewrite after the fact, including by us.

Assumes you hit the cap every day, and a cap is a ceiling, not a forecast. Your share of the 10% is your points over everyone's, so it depends on the whole season. The patience bonus, up to 15%, is not counted.

Where this goes

Now

Season One, the register opens

The full game is live: district builder, market events, work orders, the banking window and a league table ranked on verified points. Withdrawals open once the treasury is funded; until then what you earn is recorded in units of the asset and waits for you. The ledger's fingerprint is published on Solana every week.

At close

Token launch and claim

Final snapshot, token minted on Solana, liquidity on a Solana DEX, and a claim program paying 10% of supply pro rata to banked points. Unclaimed allocation rolls into the next season's treasury.

Season Two

Shared ground

Holder multipliers switch on, a token sink lands, and finite land opens the door to real competition between players. The coastline is only the first district.
